Tauranga Girls' College offers a total of sixteen different Mathematics courses. The courses offered aim to meet the range of interests and abilities of all students.

In Year 11 and 12 there are three bands. In addition at Year 12 there is a half year course, 12MAN, which is available to students who have not completed the numeracy requirements for NCEA Level One. In Year 13 there are three courses - Calculus, Statistics and Mathematics (a combination of both mathematical and statistical Achievement Standards).
